Real-time sales co-pilot · no bot in the meeting

Know your next step
while you’re still
on the call.

NextStepp coaches account executives live during the conversation: a running summary, the next best question, a qualification scorecard that fills itself in, and instant objection alerts. Nothing joins the meeting. Nobody sees a bot.

Works with Zoom · Teams · Google Meet · Windows desktop

Why live

Call recorders tell you what went wrong last Tuesday. NextStepp tells you while the prospect is still on the line, when you can still ask the question, handle the objection, and lock in the next step.

In the call

A quiet second brain, on screen while you sell.

A small always-on-top panel: calm, glanceable, colour-coded. It assists the call without competing with it.

Key points
  • Pain: scanner findings sit untriaged for ~6 weeks
  • Evaluating Snyk in parallel; decision this quarter
  • Economic buyer: Priya (CFO), >$20k threshold

The running summary keeps itself

Pain, stack, budget signals, timeline: an always-current picture of the call so far, so you never scramble back through notes mid-sentence.

Need-payoff

If triage dropped from six weeks to same-day, what would that free your platform team to ship?

The next best question, ready to say

Methodology-tuned suggestions phrased so you can ask them verbatim, weighted toward the implication and need-payoff questions reps under-ask.

Your scorecard fills itself in

MEDDPICC coverage updates as the conversation moves, so you see what’s still unknown while there’s time left to ask.

Objections surfaced the moment they land

Competitor mentions and pushback appear as calm, colour-coded cards with a suggested response. Urgency by colour; nothing ever flashes at you.

Capture

No bot joins. Nothing to explain away.

Every recorder that sends a bot changes the meeting. “Notetaker has joined” is not the first impression you want on a discovery call. NextStepp captures the meeting locally on the rep’s machine. The attendee list stays clean.

  • Local capture. Audio is captured on the rep’s computer through the meeting app itself; no participant is added to the call.
  • Disclosure built in. When recording starts, the rep gets a reminder card with your disclosure script, and a recording indicator stays visible throughout.
  • Consent on the record. Disclosure and confirmation events are logged with timestamps, so your process is auditable.

When you hang up

Hang up with the follow-up already drafted.

Two on-demand checks turn the conversation into finished work, and you review everything before it sends or syncs.

End of call check
  • Recap of the call in six lines
  • Action items, yours and theirs
  • The questions you didn’t ask, ranked by cost

End of Call Check

A recap, both sides’ action items, and the qualification gaps you can still close on the next touch.

Post call check

Post Call Check

A drafted follow-up email, a checklist that includes booking the next meeting, and editable notes, all review-gated so you stay the sender of record.

Your playbook

Runs your methodology, not a generic script.

Your team edits the playbook: company, product, competitive guidance, tone. The engine that produces the coaching stays locked, so output is consistent on every call.

Questions

The things every sales leader asks.

Does anything join my meeting?

No. Capture happens locally on the rep’s machine through the meeting app itself. There is no bot participant, no extra attendee, and nothing visible to the other side.

Which platforms does it work with?

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet (including Meet in Chrome). Meetings are detected automatically; the rep just joins the call as normal. Windows desktop first; macOS is on the roadmap.

What about recording consent?

NextStepp is built for disclosed recording: when capture starts the rep sees a reminder card with your disclosure script, a recording indicator stays visible for the whole call, and disclosure and confirmation events are logged with timestamps. You control the script and the policy.

Where does our conversation data go?

Transcripts and analysis are stored encrypted in your own tenant’s space. Audio storage is optional and policy-controlled: the default posture is transcripts-always, audio-optional.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your conversations are processed to coach the call and generate your follow-up work. They are not used to train foundation models.

When can my team get it?

NextStepp is piloting now with B2B software sales teams, starting in the security software space. Request early access and we’ll reach out as the pilot expands through 2026.
